About Me

Linda Coggin
I am a writer and gardener living on a hill in the S.W of England with my two children, a wolfhound, a lurcher, two fierce cats, two horses and seven running ducks. Sometimes I make peaceful gardens for other people but like the cobbler's family with no shoes, I somehow never quite manage to make that here. We are surrounded by nature which I adore - most of which is in the garden in the form of couch grass, ground elder and bindweed. On my grave it will either say "She tried" or "She was defeated by the dust."
